The Universal Tuning Formula

Every car in FH6 responds to the same fundamental physics. Apply this formula first, then fine-tune per car:

Tire Pressure

  • Road racing: Front 32 PSI, Rear 30 PSI — slight understeer bias for stability
  • Dirt/cross country: Front 28 PSI, Rear 28 PSI — lower pressure = more grip on loose surfaces

Camber

How to Test Your Tune

  1. Pick one circuit race (recommend: Tokyo Bay Circuit for road, Fuji Trail for dirt)
  2. Run 3 clean laps with current tune, note the best lap time
  3. Change ONE parameter at a time
  4. Run 3 more laps, compare times
  5. If it's worse, revert. If it's better, keep it and move to the next parameter.
